And it happens all the time in Germany. So why don't BT go for this approach to really assertain the 100% Broadband goal? Apparently we use different frequencies to Germany, so we can't split the data...

I keep seeing adverts for ISPs with UNMETERED ISDN access. When you go look you find out that unmetered actually means 150 hours a month, often with a 2 hour cut off time.
