We have a 53plate mini one. Whilst under warranty, we found it with the doors unlocked and the windows fully down. A repair was done, in what we were informed was a 'cap' on the electrics.
Now 2 years on, and out of warranty, the same thing has...

Yep.my mini really does need a cool bonnet stripe(s). Anyone recently bought magnetic stripes off internet they canrecommend?

Is anyone out there getting electric shocks off mini due to a build up of static?
We're getting nervous of just shutting the door when we've got out!!
Can you still buy those things that dangle onto the road to dissipate static charge.
