Engine overheats but temp is normal

I got 99 SLS 102k mi. and the the engine overheats. I have changed the water pump, thermostat, coolant tank, coolant tank cap, the radiator is 8 months old, fans works properly, and has no leaks. Anybody have any suggestions?...
