Hi,
For anyone whos interested, I have a new video preview of my training. Whats included is only a preview of the stuff I do. A lot of strongman, car pulling, olympic lifting, to build hardcore strength endurance.
Im planning on fighting again hopefully in the summer, and doing some grappling tournaments in april so this is sort of a taster of a longer documentary type video me and my training partners are going to be making.
