i was given a computer from a friend that i assume has some malware on it. i ran Avast and it caught lots of adware and a trojan. but i know that there has to be more because the page file cache has been soaring. I dont know much about computers other than building them and need some help interpreting this HiJackThis log and how to fix the problems that arise.
