A freind of mine turned me onto the trailer, and my first impression was that it was a rocky horror/saw/phantom of the opera mash up.
When I looked into it, its directed by Darren Lynn Bousman, starring Paul Sorvino, Bill Moseley... and.... wait for it.... Paris Hilton.
Apparently it was some twisted rock opera about a futuristic world where peoples organs are failing, so a company called geneco begins to buy sell and trade organs, for a price. People who do not keep making payments on their new organs ...(more)
