Simple. When the poor have money to spend, as the Heritage Foundation so amply put it, they put air conditioners in their houses, TVs in the bedrooms and living rooms, and computers on their desks.
Guess what - this produces an increase in consumer spending and demand. That creates jobs.
Right now, you are watching the world reeling from the fact that the poor and the working class in general, are holding back spending. That kills jobs.
