Although i have planned my meals today and have stuck to it - im on EE today. I have just been given a piece of cod from the fish + chip shop (im at work and there was a mix up with the office order). i have never had anything from chippy since being on SW and wondered how you would count it, or would i need to count it? i really did only eat the fish and very quickly put the batter and skin in the bin as it was so very tempting!!! Im hoping it will be free food? ...(more)
