This is the cake I made: I baked it in a bowl but then had to make more cake (maybe I did a bundt cake? I can't remember) because I did use an actual Barbie doll.. I knew that DD would not accept a cake topper in this instance.. I bought the Cinderella Barbie and then I just kind of did my own thing with the cake

They make the Barbie doll pins specifically for the cake. You can buy it at Michael's. If you want to use a real Barbie doll make sure that your pan is deep enough to bury her legs.. Transporting them...I would think you could put them in a cake box with out putting the lid down and transport them that way

Judged: 1 This one really takes the cake! I don't think Barbie is really hurting anyone.. The little girls whose parents devote their lives to winning beauty contests in some cases are worse than a freakin' doll.The little girls are beautiful I give them that.(Don't approve of some of the dance routines though) But what little girl isn't beautiful? Beauty is only skin deep

The words "Barbie doll" used to elicit the image of a ditzy blonde bimbo.. Since Nov. 20 the 50th anniversary of this iconic doll and beloved plaything of little girls everywhere 500 Barbies -including various Barbies wearing chadors and full burkas - have been on show at the Salone del Cinquecento in Florence Italy.. The exhibition is sponsored by toy company Mattel Barbie's owner.. I have seen some pretty tawdry advertising campaigns in my time but I must say this one takes the cake for insensitivity

Diary of a young wife : Monday: Now home from honeymoon and settled in our new home. It's fun to cook for Tim. Today I made an angel food cake and the recipe said "beat 12 eggs separately." Well I didn't have enough bowls to do that so I had to borrow 12 bowls to beat the eggs in.. The cake turned out fine though.. I never noticed back on the farm but I found an old doll dress and it's little cute shoes

Stephen (in the whitest of whites does the bloke ever get his hands dirty) makes the cake look even worse by the addition of neon blue icing for the writing and the windows.. Stephen s a good bloke but the cake is truly laughable and probably not what the good people of Airbus are expecting

That cake is sure pretty i have never seen one like that! I think i would have probably blown my top at being told the wrong time though! Whats up with that! When Kari turned 5 we got her one of those barbie doll cakes.. Kayla told us a couple of years ago that when Kari got that cake...she went to the bathroom and cried! We never knew...so a couple of years ago we got Kayla the barbie cake

They also will make a custom picture on a sheet cake. Photos of their work are in the back room.. A friend of mine who uh dated many of his co-workers was given a sheet cake when he moved out of town and it depicted him chasing women co-workers.. I especially remember a Barbie-doll cake with a chocolate frosting ball gown
