I had tried adding some small chunks of dark chocolate too but those pancakes ended up being a disaster (tried making 2 at the same time and all the mixture spread along the sides of the pan so after that I just made one at a time) Best part was some of the dark chocolate was still melted on the pan so gave

post61586891] I had tried adding some small chunks of dark chocolate too but those pancakes ended up being a disaster When adding stuff I prefer not to add it to the mixture since it can contact the pan and burn it can also be unevenly distributed when poured out.. Dark chocolate is nice (after you get used to it!) Green & Blacks do 70% chocolate & it also comes in different flavours.. Like others have said a little goes a long way! Good luck! Edit: what about making some of twinks oat biscuits & putting some pieces of chocolate in at the end

for those that miss those ol habits Dough: 1 cup cashew flour (grind raw cashews in coffe grinder) 1/2 cup whole oat groats (grind in coffee grinder) 2 tablespoons agave nectar 2-3 tablespoons coconut oil Coco chunks: 1/2 cup or more of vegan cocoa/carob chips (optional) What I do though: 1/4 cup coconut oil melted 4 tablespoons cocao powder 1-2 tablespoons of agave..I finally made this today and they taste very real like oatmeal chocolate chip! I think once i get my vitmamix it will have a smoother consistency

I made "starbucks" Oat Fudge Bars [/starbucks-Oat-Fudge-Bars-343821] yesterday and they are really good.. That layer contains - 1 cup sweetened condensed milk - 2 cups chocolate chips - 1/2 cup butter - 1 teaspoon vanilla That's a LOT of butter in there and I wonder if that has to do with why they're still on the gooey side even when completely cooled
