But I've dumpstered in every city I've visited in the last year from big huge cities to tiny one horse towns.. Once we got pulled over by the police with a car full of dumpstered stuff (this was a night I went with a group of friends it was 2am and her headlight was out)

- FYI The food is not usually just taken outta the dumpster and served as is in fact not all the food is even dumpstered. I'm pretty sure a lot of the food is donated by supporters or by businesses that might've otherwise thrown it out due to not selling it (anyone who's ever worked in the restaurant biz can attest to the massive amount of waste of perfectly good sellable

For example I dumpstered a post the other day that on its own could be construed as being somewhere between "a bit of banter" and "quite offensive".. dealing with argumentative PMs and so on I consulted the other mods about whether a quiet word was necessary - they agreed - and I dumpstered the post and sent a PM to the Poster asking him not to post in that manner in future

Consistency is a tricky one in some ways because context is hugely important in a lot of posting. For example I dumpstered a post the other day that on its own could be construed as being somewhere between "a bit of banter" and "quite offensive".. dealing with argumentative PMs and so on I consulted the other mods about whether a quiet word was necessary - they agreed - and I dumpstered the post and sent a PM to the Poster asking him not to post in that manner in future

t remember seeing a thread dumpstered And I can't remember reading about any criticism of moderator decsions either I would certainly recall moderators and COs insulting members - but I can't remember that either

Im living a huge household of like 23 people right now and a good portion of food is dumpstered because most of the people here dont have any money.. I personally dont trust dumpstered food much but Ive learned of a couple dumpsters now that have VERY good food(my roomate got pounds of very yellow good banannas the other night) still cant figure out why they were there though
