In absence of powerful flash, you get higher ISO800 but it is useful for low light without using flash though.

ISO-1600 which seems ridiculous given how bright the scene was.. Looking at other pictures I found that it seems to select ISO-1600 for most scenes regardless of how well they're lit.....

That means ISO800 and shutter speeds of 1/45 and 1/30. 1/20th and you have yourself a blurry picture.
