I remember being 38. The dip in performance from 35 was quite noticable in fact the dip I noticed in performance (recovery times average running speed over fixed distances lactic acid build-up and clear-out alcohol metabolising 'tiredness' after a hard day at work etc..So how old is old? For me as I move through my 40's i'd say that old is measured by how careful you have to be with the things you threw off easily at 19 and I find myself becoming increasingly careful! For e.g.. At age 19 I could drink (and metabolise) up to 12 pints in a six hour drinking (and dancing) session and walk out of the nightclub feeling not much more than merry get laid (if I got lucky) and run to work/home in the morning

My routine includes the core lifts AND some isolation heavy movements as well.. AS FAR AS ARMS I DON'T DO ALOT OF DIRECT ARM WORK BECAUSE WHEN YOU GO SUPER HEAVY ON CHEST AND BACK YOUR ARMS WILL GET ALOT OF STIMULATION

to take in a ton of clean calories 6 times a day and get more rest while keeping the weight and sets heavy yet fast workouts with little rest time between sets..I would have rest times at 60 or 90 seconds between sets while keeping the weight heavy.. You've got all the principles down man you can really take your physique wherever you want to

However at 2 he's a VERY active and crazy kid with definite nap times and meal times.. I realize that there's a whole year of growing up to do but if you have cruised with a young 3-year old how has it been? Any advice? Oh yeah and we're looking at doing the Pride out of Baltimore since we can drive there easily from Pennsylvania.. They cannot open the doors because they are so heavy - and they have a lock about 5 feet off the floor

3) I went back for a hour the other day to my 7200rpm HDD from my 6-month-old SSD.. Simple benchmarks showed that the SSD was at least 5 times quicker to read and write 512K 40 times faster to read 4K and 8 times faster to write 4K (Intel SSD's are about 40 times faster in 4K writes)

his last letter there's a lot of sorrow weighing heavy on my heart.. We only met a handful of times prior to his arrest and never got to know each other on a deep level.. My lifer friend is 27 years old and he's been down for 3 years of his 23 years to life sentence..I can't help be feel devastated thinking that even if he got his 23 year - life sentence down to 23 flat he'll be 60 years old when he gets out and there's not a lot of 60 year old first time fathers out there

Our 16 yr old pretty much had free reign he was always busy with his club O2 friends he made and rarely made it back before 2 am.. The 12 yr old had a rule she had to either be at circle C with us somewhere with her brother or in the cabin- she did fine the few times she was in the cabin alone

She and her ex are in a custody battle for their 5 year old daughter I'm thinking maybe she is calling to tell me she lost and is so distraught she can't quite speak
