If you have a lift and scrub is it reasonable to expect the yard to stand the boat on her keel and drop the slings one at a time in order that the area under them can be scrubbed? I ask because the last time I had this done (not at my home port) the yard said that they simply left the area under the slings

Surprisingly for the last 3 years we have gone to Cowes Yacht Haven who do a lift and scrub for 99. They put it back in the water move the slings and lift out again to wash off the area under the slings

Is there a diver who will scrub off the bottom in Portsmouth area for a sensible fee? If not it seems like a lot of business going begging!?

As it stands right now the R1 caliper adapter on my Lefty fork with the scrub rotor leads to mild rubbing if I do not space the adapter perfectly.. I hope this is something that Scrub keeps in mind with their new design as the spoke area certainly would be thicker than the all aluminum MMX composite piece

You'll also need to add a tablespoon or two of either glycerin (sold in the baking/cake decorating area in Michaels & AC Moore) or honey so you body scrub doesn't turn brick solid

Re: SCRUB rotors - how do you like them?

I realy like mine. Good power and excelent modulation. Light and nice shape. Make sure you follow the Scrub instructions for initial period and be prepared for very weak and maybe noisy first Kms with time and after all contact area is covered with dust they start performing the best and no noise (unless they are wet).. Make sure you use them with Kool-Stop organic pads for me this is the team Scrub & Kool-Stop
