I hope you understand that I am trying to illustrate the stupidity of the Democrats in labeling the protesters as a mob or political terrorists when they are following the role models below the first Americans to rage against the tyranny of the established government.. During the course of several months I've seen (and participated in) numerous post regarding the Constitutionality of actions taken by Congress vs the original enumerated powers granted.. I have attended more than one Tea Party and Town Hall meeting where I've heard time and time again the refrain "...show me where in the US Constitution Congress has the right...." Yesterday I attempted to draw into discussion the Libs on this matter - in an effort to ascertain if they or anyone.. In the United States v Butler (1936) the U. S. So again when you go to pick up your magazines and do not pay for them are you being looked upon negatively by the elders (or whoever)? Do they cost a specific amount? If so and you are unable to afford that amount what's the reaction? I feel these are legitimate questions that you should have no problem answering honestly if there's nothing to hide and if you're.. There is no real difference between a collection plate from the churches of "Christendom" to a contribution box hung on the wall of a Kingdom Hall or asking for donations at the door.. Witness canvassers bought their literature supplies from the congregation and then resold these from door-to-door.. Such donations received from the public are then to be brought back to the Kingdom Hall and sent to the Society.. What was the motivation for these changes? Just one month before the new policy was announced the Society watched how the Supreme Court ruled in California Board of Equalization vs.. 17 1990 just a little over a month before the Society's change in policy the Supreme Court ruled against Swaggart and permitted taxation .. Perhaps a dollar or two for a small book when you picked up the literature from the Kingdom Hall and if you received a donation for the book from the householder you were required to bring this back to the Hall and deposit it as well
