Golly ! All you folks bring back very vivid memories of Dorney Park. I remember 98% of the things you all mentioned.. As a kid I always looked forward to our Sunday school picnic in the Orange grove.. Several of the groves were named after colors but the Orange Grove is the only one that we used for many years.. I looked forward to that fun day at the park but today it is entirely too big and too expensive

i dont think the police and fire department personnel have to live in FP. I know that one fireman bill horn lives in River Grove and actually ran for Trustee in River Grove... heck I think he won maybe... Hyatt HB is the best property in Orange County can't compare it to Irvine not to mention HB is a resort location.. Irvine and Orange County/Garden Grove are about the same level IMO.. SkiUtah Sorry to sounds like a rookie but what is the G3 Bonus? Also on the weekend say Saturday night into Sunday morning is there anywhere to park near the irvine Hyatt without paying? Seems crazy to pay for parking on the weekend when its so dead there compared to the weekdays

Dave & Busters is a lot of fun for adults and whole families. Menin should have made Magnolia Park offer something that Greenville doesn't have- it should have created its own market.. Greenville already has tons of big-box stores and so making Magnolia Park a clone of what's already in town isn't needed and it won't make it a destination.. Maybe a true lifestyle center like the Grove in LA or an outdoor mall/entertainment area like the Irvine Spectrum in Orange County? Menin would have to wait until the economy picks up to make something like that and I'd guess that the mortgage payments on the land are pretty steep so I'd

I also went to Cameron Park when we first moved to NC which also still ranks very well.. I don't think you could go wrong with either neighborhood! Just keep in mind Churton Grove is in Orange County and Hardscrabble is in Durham County
