post1555306] Isn't the Christian bible similar in that respect? Whatever similarities there are between the bible and quran that is mainly because Muhammad stole his ideas from the bible.. Scaring people into obeying him by claiming to be a messenger is the main theme in the quran. I do not think the same is true of Jesus message
