Get public facing Web Role URL from Worker Role

Hi I need to obtain the public facing URL/IP of the Web Role from within the Worker role.. The way I currently do this is to get the Web Role to write its "HttpIn" endpoint information to a blob which is read by the Worker Role

How do I configure the hit so each worker can do more than one hit? I want to get 100 results back but I don't care if ten people do ten each or 100 people do one each
