I recently got a Cingular 3125 and just set up tethering, since I travel for work thought it would be helpful.
However, while I connect at 230Kbps, I am only getting about 70Kbps with ping times in the 1050+ ms range.... this does not se...

has anyone else had this? i just looked down and saw a big E where the G symbol once was, and the little E replacing the little G where the signal strength is.
has this been available for long?!
