I've just dusted off and rebuilt my Wizard (T-Mobile Vario, Imate ROM) after a couple of months with an O2 XDA IQ.
Sync'ing with my 1&1 Exchange account works fine on both, and I can "Manage Folders" on the IQ to enable sync'...
